DJ Mag has revealed the final results of their (in)famous DJ Top 100 poll last Saturday during the Amsterdam Music Festival. The results leaked a few hours earlier via Russian EDM site edm-news.com.

I think it’s safe to say that the highest positions don’t bring much surprises: Hardwell made it for another year, crowning the poll at the No. 1 position. The Dutch DJ and producer and his label Revealed Recordings had a phenomenal year with a big world tour, several striking records and the announcement of the first Hardwell album to come along very soon. Hardwell’s statement to the No. 1 position reads like this:

“This is a dream that just keeps going! I’m extremely proud to find myself holding on to the title of #1 DJ in the world for another year. Last year was a moment in my career I had spent 10 years dreaming of but to be back on stage again, picking up the award for a second time in a row, is beyond my wildest dreams. To my fans, the music lovers and everyone else along the way during this roller coaster 12 month period, I just want to thank each and every one of you! Your support for my music and love for this scene is truly inspirational. I’m really looking forward to what 2015 will bring, with the arrival of my first full artist album, a new world tour and a bunch of other exciting projects, I know this new chapter in the journey is going to be the best part yet!”

Armin van Buuren goes down one place to No. 3, leaving space for Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike on No. 2. Major shift coming for Martin Garrix as he climbed up stunning 36 places to No. 4, followed by Tiesto (#5), Avicii (#6), David Guetta (#7), Nicky Romero (#8), Skrillex (#9) and Steve Aoki (#10).

Also several new entries like Oliver Heldens, Borgeous, 3Lau or Deorro have found their way to the list.
