The full DJ MAG TOP 100 for 2013 was announced Saturday night at the RAI venue in Amsterdam and climaxed this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event and Festival. And -as we predicted- Hardwell took the No. 1 spot with pushing Armin van Buuren to the No. 2 position. Hardwell’s price was presented by Electronic Music legend Giorgio Moroder.

2013 is a big year so far for Electronic Dance Music with breaking several records. It’s definitely also a record breaking year for Hardwell: he’s the youngest ever No. 1 in this category. And whether you think this voting is useful or not, Hardwell had a blast this year with his incredible appearances at festivals and clubs all over the world, his massive records and collaborations, his documentary „I Am Hardwell“ and many more. So this is well deserved. Congratulations, Hardwell!
